All tokens issued by the Bhakti Exchange (BEX) are only donations on your part. These are not investments. The token or the coin you receive from BEX in exchange for your payments are tokens to CONTROL your donations. The more you enjoy, love and spread the tokens, the greater they will be worth as donations at the exchange. Indeed – accruals of value take place at the exchange and we have provided you with a comprehensive theory as to the usage and utility of such appreciation.
Maharaj is not a fictional character unfortunately.
Your only legal recourse is to courts and administrative processes located within the sovereign Domain – wherever that the Domain extends to.
2. Unfortunately the crypto space we all have to work with is dynamic. THIS is why everything is subject to change at any time WITHOUT a possible notice – for example transaction fee of any kind on any of our offerings, graphics, you name it. Everything IS subject to quick change without a notice. Sadly these are the state of affairs in the environment we must operate in.

4. BIAS: You agree to be subject to the bias of Maharaj or delegates because there is concern that the GANESHA SANKIRTAN platform will be subject to abuse including using AI. Maharaj has himself dealt with AI for years before these tools were publicly acknowledged. Long story short, if we make a decision that points awarded or rewarded were as a result of a scam or a scheme or another illegitimate motivation, even if political – then Maharaj or delegates have the right to abrogate your rewards from the SANKIRTAN platform! THIS IS FOR THE GOOD OF EVERYONE! This condition is particularly binding. The points algorithms can also be tricky or tricked – so even if we made a mistake with awards, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO ABROGATE WHATEVER rewards we awarded unjustly! This is needed for the first few years of intense operations. Needed! We will decide when to roll back this policy when we have the time.
5. This is all being made very lucid so everyone can read. You have not come to an ordinary exchange. This is the financial arm of The Domain, a fiercely sovereign entity, that is being persecuted as you can see on the Domain site. Therefore the terms are such. If you use the Exchange, you have to agree to Maharaj-suya approval otherwise bad forces will eat us. All transactions are subject to Maharaj’s approval. Should he be displeased with your trading activity, your account may be seized, and your donations appropriated for the Exchange treasury. No refunds, ever. BUT dont forget we are nice people – we are devotees.
6. Your donations are only as secure as guaranteed upon the pleasure of the Maharaj. However, should he decide to redecorate his palace, fund security is secondary to aesthetic preferences. Thus, your donations might be used for new golden chandeliers – or saving lives. I am not going to give you the freedom to imagine more guarantee than Krishna. Anything can happen. We are always having to fight. Be prepared!
7. User Rights: None. You have no rights. All rights are reserved for Maharaj becasue he has been at the front taking bullets and bull shit for our causes. Should you feel the need to assert any rights, please refer to the official royal decree on the suppression of grievances, which is not yet written. May be you should go to Binance or something. THIS IS BHAKTI EXCHANGE! We fight using crypto, we dont help you on your way to corrupt courts. No rights. BUT if you have your donations controlled, THATS the whole purpose of this Exchange. We give you zero rights. Take it or leave it. Binance is located in what Muscat or something? Maharaj took a flight with two hundred broken trafficked men. Thats where Binance and other giant exchanges are and they give hawala assurances of those Arabic courts – fuck them all. Courts we mean, out of Arabs. We love Binance like our elder brother! 8. Customer Support: All customer support requests should be directed to the one email SUPPORT AT BHAKTI DOT EXCHANGE. Our response time should be expected to be an eternity. BUT in my fondness for you, my people, I will try my best. I dont want you to have expectations – BECAUSE THIS IS ALL BEING DONE FOR YOU. Help where you can. Make where you dont find it. Work for the Exchange is yours! Its for Dharma.
9. Privacy Policy: Expect you and your shit is all naked. Read the Domain. I have said there is no privacy, no encryption, no segregation of information at all. Yesterday I spent hours on connection protocol errors after renewing a simple SSL becuase I have to. Otherwise not only does all the agency craft and governments of small pedophobe countries like FInland KNOW all about you, they likely got you here to their ends. There is no privacy. No data can be promised to be safe. But I will try more than all the others that you see!
10. Did I mention disputes? Dispute Resolution will be via a trial of combat entirely as per the whims of the Maharaj. Should you lose, which you most certainly will, all your assets will be forfeited to the kingdom. Maharaj’s decision is final and beyond appeal. Have a problem, then dont use this Exchange. We are trying to get away from cry babies like you. You should KNOW we are all supposed to have ONE giant dispute with the ADHARMIC, the evil of the world.
11. Liability: Maharaj, The Domain and The Exchanges accept no liability for any losses, damages, or inconveniences you may suffer – these are DONATIONS, but I am trying to do te best to keep all of our devotional energy sacred and conserved! By using this exchange, you accept full responsibility for your actions and agree to hold Maharaj harmless in all circumstances. Your job ideally should be to protect me!
12. Termination: Maharaj reserves the right to terminate your account at any time for any whim of his, including but not limited to, having an insufficiently flattering mind image of the Dictator. We are sure an agency will come and sell you out to us, just to have traction with the Domain. Or it could be your ex. But if you are a devotee with INTENT alone, we will do everythig to save you and us!
